Microsoft Tech Lifesaver! I want to give a big shoutout to Debbie. After experiencing enormous frustration due to the absence of live tech support at Microsoft, I contacted Deb based on Nextdoor recommendations. I emailed her early this morning and she got back to me within half an hour, ready to assist. Deb was amazing. Not only did she sync my email, which is the reason I contacted her, but she also scanned my computer for viruses and identified and resolved suspicious activity. Deb is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to understand and follow. Her prices are reasonable and her help was invaluable.

We just spent 3 incredibly productive hours with Debbie.
